Informed Solutions Limited in Altrincham is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People team. You will build trusted relationships, manage onboarding and offboarding, and maintain HR records while delivering accurate payroll changes.

You will support benefits, performance activities, learning & development, and governance initiatives, helping create an exceptional employee experience as we grow.

Formación

• Minimum two years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards one.
• Strong administration and coordination skills with a focus on employee experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships and provide personal HR support to colleagues and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, checks, contracts, and inductions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and use HR platforms confidently.
• Prepare and check monthly payroll changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Support benefits administration and performance activities with managers.
• Coordinate learning and career development through InformedACADEMY.
• Communicate policies; keep information clear and accessible.
• Support initiatives across Benefits, Learning, Governance and Policies.
