Qualifications

• Experience as HR Coordinator or similar in a small/medium-sized business.
• Autonomous and able to work standalone in a newly created HR function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; BrightHR experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day HR administration across the business.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, remuneration letters and employment documents.
• Manage employee records and HR information through BrightHR.
• Coordinate inductions, appraisals and recruitment activity.
• Maintain HR policies, the company handbook and employment documentation.
• Support absence reporting and payroll administration.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
