Job summary

• Minimum two years’ HR generalist experience in a fast-paced team.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
• Strong HR administration and coordination skills.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide approachable, personal HR support.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences, including checks and contracts.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR systems and processes.
• Prepare and check monthly payroll changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Support benefits and performance activities, including performance reviews.
