BHSF Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Helpdesk Assistant for maternity cover, in a hybrid role combining office and home working. The role is full time and fixed term, offering 35 hours per week from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will handle inbound calls from new and existing policyholders and corporate clients, provide information on services, resolve queries, and assist with complaints, coordinating with internal teams for proactive service.

Qualifications

• Inbound call centre or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Outlook and basic admin abilities.
