You will log requests, liaise with contractors and provide updates while maintaining accurate information on the Service Desk platforms.

You will join a busy team with hybrid working (minimum three days in the office), study support where applicable, and discretionary bonuses.

Competenze

• Previous administrative and customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests.
• Willingness to learn and take in-house training.
