Job summary

The Junior Account Manager in Halfords' Fleet team delivers an excellent customer experience by managing day-to-day fleet requirements, handling queries, coordinating operations, and providing administrative support to keep fleet services running smoothly. You'll work closely with Account Managers, suppliers and internal teams, taking ownership of requests from start to finish.

• Experience in a customer service role, office-based preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries, requests and administration by maintaining accurate customer and fleet records.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing a responsive and professional service.
• Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure they are completed.
• Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them before escalation.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to resolve issues.
