Halfords is seeking an Account Support Executive within our Fleet team. You will be the trusted contact handling day-to-day fleet queries, coordinating operational activities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth fleet operations.

You will work closely with Account Managers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong organisational skills, and delivering an excellent customer experience across

Qualifications

Experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office environment.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good written and verbal communication with customers and partners.
Proactive approach to identify issues and resolve them.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries, and administration by maintaining accurate customer and fleet records.
Act as a point of contact for customers, providing a responsive and professional service.
Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements.
Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure they are completed.
Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them.
