Halfords is seeking an Account Support Executive in Redditch to deliver excellent fleet customer service and manage day-to-day fleet requirements efficiently.

You will act as a trusted contact, coordinating with Account Managers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring actions are completed and customers stay informed throughout the process. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days from home, a salary of £26,500, and a suite of benefits.

• Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries, requests and administration by maintaining accurate customer and fleet records.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing a responsive and professional service.
• Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure they are completed.
• Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them before they escalate.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to resolve issues.
