Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced EPM Manager to lead end‑to‑end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery through deployment and handover, working with the EPM Director to deliver high‑quality client solutions.

You will design budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting solutions, develop business requirements and designs, manage client relationships, and coach consultants while contributing assets to strengthen delivery and sales capabilities across the global practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations with current certification.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into designs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior Finance/HR interaction.
• Demonstrated leadership delivering complex projects with quality within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to handover.
• Develop business requirements, functional designs, and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and run requirements workshops.
• Manage delivery within scope, timelines and budgets, mitigating risks.
• Support growth through demonstrations, proposals and scoping opportunities.
• Coach consultants and ensure quality of deliverables; share reusable assets.
• Collaborate with EPM colleagues globally for consistent delivery.
