Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice and seeking an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will work with the EPM Director to deliver client engagements, drive business development and demonstrate solutions across budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

This client-facing, hands-on role combines project leadership, solution design, technical configuration and delivery of high-quality engagements, with hybrid working options

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Current Adaptive from Workday certification.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and gather requirements.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to handover.
• Develop and present business requirements, designs and mock-ups.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting and reporting solutions.
• Manage project delivery including scope, timelines and budget.
• Provide coaching and guidance to consultants.
