Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, led by the EPM Director, to deliver Adaptive from Workday implementations for mid-market clients. You will drive project delivery, design, and business development, while mentoring consultants.

The role combines hands-on configuration, solution design and client-facing activities, with hybrid working and opportunities to grow market presence through demonstrations, engagements and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops, gather and translate requirements into designs.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build client relationships and manage workshops to translate needs into configurations.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets and quality, managing risks.
• Support business growth through demonstrations and proposals across RSM services.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to consultants and ensure deliverable quality.
• Collaborate with global EPM colleagues to ensure consistent engagements.
