Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice. We are seeking an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations, working closely with the EPM Director to deliver high-quality client engagements and contribute to business development.

The role combines project leadership, solution design, technical configuration and client-facing delivery, with opportunities to grow the firm's market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and gather requirements.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations (discovery to deployment and handover).
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and translate needs into EPM configurations.
• Coach consultants and ensure delivery quality and timely risk management.
