Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an EPM Manager to lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will work hands-on with clients, shaping financial planning and reporting solutions while guiding delivery and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with global EPM colleagues, coach consultants, and contribute to reusable delivery assets, leveraging your Workday expertise and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and gather requirements.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations, including discovery, design, configuration and deployment.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets and quality; mitigate risks.
