RSM UK is seeking an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations, collaborating with the EPM Director to deliver high-quality services for mid-market clients. The role combines project leadership, solution design, technical configuration and business development to drive successful deployments.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, develop requirements and designs, and support sales activities while working from a hybrid model across UK client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Able to run workshops, capture and translate requirements.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior finance/HR leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership and delivery of complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations, from discovery to handover.
• Develop business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
• Build client relationships and manage project scope, budget and risks.
• Support business growth through demos, proposals and scoping.
