Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice and seeks an experienced EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will drive projects from discovery through deployment and handover, while contributing to technical delivery.

You will partner with the EPM Director to deliver high‑quality client engagements, develop business requirements, designs and solution mockups, and help grow our market presence through demonstrations and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into system designs.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to deployment and handover.
• Provide engagement‑level coaching and technical guidance to consultants.
• Support business growth through demonstrations, proposals and engagement scoping.
