Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations, from discovery to deployment and handover. You will work closely with the EPM Director to deliver high‑quality client solutions and help grow the practice through demonstrations and events.

The role combines project leadership, solution design, technical configuration and business development, with a focus on scalable budgeting and reporting within the Adaptive from Workday environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Ability to run workshops with clients and translate requirements into designs.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Create and present business requirements, functional designs and solution mock-ups.
• Manage project delivery including scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Provide engagement coaching and technical guidance to consultants.
• Collaborate with global EPM teams to deliver consistent engagements.
