Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management practice and seeking an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will work with the EPM Director on client delivery, solution design, and business development. This client-facing role combines leadership, technical configuration, and delivery excellence.

You will drive end-to-end implementations, develop requirements, and ensure high-quality outcomes while collaborating with global EPM teams to grow our practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops, gather requirements and translate needs into system designs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to handover.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs, and solution mock-ups.
• Design scalable EPM solutions for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Build trusted client relationships and run requirements workshops.
• Manage project delivery including scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Support business growth through demonstrations, proposals and account scoping.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to consultants on engagements.
• Create reusable demonstrations and templates to enhance delivery and sales.
• Collaborate with EPM colleagues globally to ensure consistent engagements.
