Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology practice and seeks an EPM Manager to lead Adaptive from Workday implementations. You will work with the EPM Director to deliver high‑quality client engagements, while contributing to business development, demonstrations and events.

You will lead solutions from discovery to deployment, supervise technical delivery, and mentor consultants to ensure successful outcomes for finance and HR leaders across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations, with a current Adaptive from Workday certification.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops, gather and challenge requirements, and translate business needs into effective system designs and configurations.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario planning, management reporting and financial statements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior Finance and HR leaders.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and collaboration skills to deliver complex projects while balancing client outcomes, quality and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery through deployment and handover.
• Develop and present business requirements, functional designs, solution mock-ups and key deliverables.
• Design scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, financial reporting and analysis.
• Build trusted client relationships, run requirements workshops, translate needs into designs and configurations.
• Manage project delivery, keeping scope, timelines, budgets and quality on track; proactively manage risks.
• Support business growth through demonstrations, proposals and account development across RSM’s services.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to consultants and review work for quality.
• Contribute reusable demos, templates and assets to strengthen delivery and sales capabilities.
