Job summary

National Gas is seeking a Document Controller to support project teams with accurate, accessible documentation. The role focuses on managing, storing, and distributing project information across multiple locations in a hybrid working pattern.

You will ensure compliance with quality and governance requirements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and teams to enable safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or document control roles within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or similar technical environments.
• Ability to manage, control, and track project documentation accurately.
• Strong stakeholder management with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage storage, organisation, and retrieval of project documentation.
• Monitor distribution and ensure timely information flow to stakeholders.
• Support adherence to document control standards and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistent practices.
• Maintain records and ensure proper archiving of documents.
• Generate reports on status, revisions, and compliance.
• Assist in improving document management systems and processes.
