Job summary

Mane Energy is recruiting an experienced Document Controller for a major energy infrastructure project in Yorkshire. This is a site-based position responsible for day-to-day management, control and distribution of project documentation, collaborating with Site Managers, Engineers, Contractors and the wider team.

You will ensure all project documentation is accurately controlled, distributed and maintained to meet quality and regulatory requirements, ensuring site teams have access to the latest

Qualifications

• Strong experience in document control and revision management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and experience using document management platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing technical drawings, project correspondence, QA documentation and project records.
• Controlling document revisions and ensuring the latest information is issued to site teams.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Managing document distribution and tracking outstanding information.
• Supporting site audits, quality checks and project compliance.
• Acting as the main point of contact for document control queries on site.
• Liaising with engineers, site management, contractors and office-based teams.
• Maintaining certification, inspection records and other project documentation.
• Supporting project close-out and handover activities.
• Using electronic document management systems to maintain accurate project records.
