Job summary

ENGIE UK Limited in London seeks a Digital Workplace Analyst to be the go-to technology partner for teams across ENGIE UK. You will ensure secure, reliable tools for remote and on-site work, supporting end-user computing and collaboration across locations.

The role involves incident resolution, endpoint management with Intune, asset tracking, and contributing to service improvements while travelling between ENGIE UK sites. Excellent customer service and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Understanding of device lifecycle management across Windows, Android and iOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality remote and on-site technical support across ENGIE UK.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timeframes.
• Diagnose and fix complex issues across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
• Support audio-visual systems and meeting room technology.
• Manage endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune.
• Handle device setup, compliance checks, software deployment and asset retirement.
• Keep accurate records of hardware assets and device configurations.
• Meet operational, financial and governance requirements through good data management.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business.
• Act as a trusted advisor, turning needs into practical technology solutions.
• Review recurring issues and user feedback to find patterns.
• Suggest and deliver service improvements that make work easier for everyone.
• Support technology rollouts and projects through testing, documentation and clear communication.
