Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Workplace Engineer within the End User Experience (EUE) team in Salisbury. You will provide first- and second-line desktop and printer support, configure devices to corporate standards, and maintain remote access and encryption tooling.

You’ll collaborate across resolver groups to ensure service delivery within ITIL and security policies. The role emphasizes hybrid working in the UK, professional growth, and a welcoming, inclusive environment with a strong wellbeing focus.

Qualifications

• Desktop support experience in a complex IT environment.
• Second-line support experience for PC, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line software and hardware support.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot desktops and laptops to corporate specs.
• Install and maintain network printers and remote access connections.
• Install encryption software and perform security processes as required.
• Coordinate with resolver groups to meet service delivery.
• Work within ITIL and security framework policies.
