Job summary

Commercial Ltd. is hiring a Digital Solutions Engineer within our Digital Workspace team. You will design and deliver technical installations, providing remote and on-site break/fix support in collaboration with Customers, Sales, Pre-sales and Support.

The role covers field delivery, system configuration and multi-disciplinary project scopes across Telecoms, MPS, and Document Capture. You will review requirements, scope technology, and ensure deployable deliverables.

Qualifications

Significant experience with digital telephony systems, including hardware, software and cloud solutions.
Experience with business mobile services and integration with telephony systems.
Experience with Managed Print Services technologies and secure print management.
Experience with scanning tech and information extraction/workflow automation.
Strong IT background with Microsoft server and cloud apps.
Hands-on networking knowledge across routers, firewalls, wireless and broadband.
Ability to interpret specs, documentation and diagrams.
Strong organisation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical installations and provide remote and on-site support.
Scope technology and services for projects based on requirements and tender docs.
Collaborate with suppliers/contractors to ensure fit-for-purpose systems.
Lead pre-sales scoping/specification activities and deployment readiness.
Travel across the UK for on-site delivery and support as required.
