Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of IT security and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support to users across the UK and global business.
• Manage and respond to support requests through Jira ticketing system.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer key platforms: Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Workspace, Kandji, Ubiquiti.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support meeting room technology and collaboration tools.
• Assist with company-wide Town Halls and All Hands events.
• Endpoint & user support for laptops, desktops, and hardware.
• Provide remote and in-person support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor office networks, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
• Support storage, backups, and network outages.
