Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workplace Support Engineer in London to provide end-to-end support for mobile technologies, desktop services, and end-user computing environments. Qualifications

• Experience supporting mobile technologies and desktop end-user computing.
• First and second-line IT support in corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (Intune).
• Knowledge of endpoint management and inventory controls.
• ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and ensuring timely resolution in line with service levels.
• Providing first and second-line support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and workplace technology.
• Supporting mobile device provisioning, SIM activations, connectivity requests, upgrades, and device lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment deployment and recovery.
• Managing asset inventories and ensuring accurate records for devices, licences, and services.
• Working with telecommunications providers and third-party suppliers to resolve service issues.
• Supporting security, compliance, and governance activities, including endpoint management and audit readiness.
• Producing operational reports and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
