Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Experience using multiple systems simultaneously to update databases or case management systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of enquiries to resolve issues at first contact.
• Supervise responsive repairs and compliance, and arrange appointments promptly.
• Maintain databases and document communications via phone, email and systems.
• Assist with financial tasks including raising requisitions and processing invoices.
• Support complaint and insurance processes and contribute to quality checks.
