Job summary

The Hyde Group in Havant is seeking a Service Support Advisor to support residents with property repairs enquiries and to assist the Property Maintenance team. This hybrid role combines 3 days in the office with 2 days working remotely, offering a supportive environment focused on service improvement.

You will handle escalated repair queries, coordinate with trades staff and internal teams, maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or operational support.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improving customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs enquiries transferred from the Customer Services Centre, ensuring customers receive clear and helpful support.
• Work with trades staff, contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot repair issues and support timely resolutions.
• Assist with customer complaints relating to property repairs, supporting investigations, corrective actions and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, survey feedback and call backs to support service improvement.
• Manage team mailboxes and provide administrative support to help resolve requests, queries and problems effectively.
