Job summary

Pelican Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join its busy team in the United Kingdom.

The role acts as a critical link between Business Development Managers, customers and internal departments, managing onboarding and the sales order process with accuracy and empathy. You will handle complex accounts, coordinate order entry, acknowledgements and shipments, and support warranty and RMA processes, while driving continuous improvement in customer service and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Customer Service or Sales Support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as link between BDMs, customers and internal teams for onboarding and order management.
• Oversee full sales order process from account creation to shipment coordination.
• Proactively communicate with customers on order status and lead times.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, coordinating resolutions.
• Support RMA processing, warranty coordination, and intercompany orders in SAP/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, Quality and Logistics to meet customer expectations.
