Job summary

Peli BioThermal in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to act as a key link between Business Development Managers, customers and internal teams. You will manage new account setups, oversee the sales order process from entry to shipment, and provide proactive updates to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The role requires a minimum of two years in Customer Service or Sales Support, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP or CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a crucial link between BDMs and internal teams, ensuring smooth customer onboarding and consistent order management.
• Oversee the full sales order process, including customer account creation, order entry, acknowledgements, and shipment coordination.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order acknowledgments, delivery dates, and issues affecting lead time.
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support intercompany order transactions and ensure accurate documentation in SAP and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, Quality, and Logistics to meet customer expectations and mitigate service risks.
• Participate in production or planning meetings to represent customer requirements.
