Job summary

Pentland Brands is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to manage orders and liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery for designated accounts. You will engage directly with customers to convert orders, resolve queries and provide regular progress updates across the supply chain.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience in a customer-focused environment. Hybrid working and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Languages: Spanish or Italian speaking required.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Experience handling cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing and orders.
• Stock and orderbook management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse large data and report.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Customer Service/Key Account Sales Support or sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Place, track and deliver orders with a focus on EMEA customers.
• Organise, track and satisfy in-season order requests.
• Convert orders to delivery when stock is available and communicate progress.
• Communicate order progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns and DC requirements.
• Handle export documentation and compliance for global logistics.
• Manage order processing activities and related business processes.
• Manage activities to satisfy customers in the order workflow.
• Report on Sales and Order book, returns, debits and credits.
• Update Customers' Order books per business needs.
