Job summary

Pentland Brands is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to manage orders for designated accounts across the EMEA region, ensuring timely delivery and accurate processing. You will work cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial and credit teams and interrogate SAP data to track orderbooks, resolve queries and provide regular updates on order progress.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency and strong data reporting skills.
• Experience in a customer-focused role and administrative duties (cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing, orders).
• Stock and orderbook management experience.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and report findings clearly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Team player and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing (desirable).
• Experience with online retailer/distribution (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Place, track and deliver orders in line with customer orderbooks across the EMEA region.
• Organise and manage in-season order requests and ensure timely conversion when stock is available.
• Communicate order progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns, and related invoicing/orders duties.
• Handle export documentation and compliance for global logistics where required.
• Manage order processing activities and administration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Asia merchandising and shipping teams for direct delivery exports.
• Produce regular data analysis on Order Book and Supply Chain data.
• Interact with SAP to retrieve needed information.
• Support specific customers within Pentland Distribution and Shipping Customer Operations teams.
