Responsibilities

• Work with Account Manager to build relationships with customers and grow accounts.
• Provide first-class service by talking with customers and understanding their needs.
• Communicate with customers primarily by phone, email, and other channels using CRM tools.
• Process orders, handle returns, and identify process improvements or alternative products.
• Understand, prioritize, escalate issues and ensure resolution.
• Be the first port of call and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
