Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Caerphilly is recruiting a Customer Account Manager to join a friendly team. You will provide general and technical advice to customers, process orders and respond to enquiries while maintaining a professional approach.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a 37-hour week, Monday–Friday, and hybrid working after probation (two days at home, three in the office). A strong customer-focus and good communication are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and technical advice to customers via telephone and email.
• Process customer orders, respond to enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Deal with a range of customers daily, providing information, advice and support.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a professional telephone manner when communicating with customers.
• Take proactive action to minimise order delays and inform colleagues of updates.
• Advise customers of updates regarding products and services.
• Update customer records in real time to keep details and statuses accurate.
