Job summary

Univar Solutions, a global chemical distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and escalating issues.

You will build loyalties and trust while collaborating closely with the Account Manager to grow a dedicated customer base. You should be comfortable using a PC, MS Office, and CRM tools, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Manager to build relationships with your customer base.
• Provide first-class service by understanding customer needs and responding promptly.
• Communicate with customers mainly by telephone, plus email and CRM tools.
• Process orders, organise returns, and identify opportunities to offer alternatives.
• Understand, prioritise, and escalate issues to resolution.
• Be the first point of contact ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
