Dynamite Recruitment Solutions seeks a Customer Service Executive in Bracknell for a 12-week temporary assignment, with the potential for permanency. The role offers hybrid working after 4-6 weeks of training, 37 hours per week, and a rate of £15 per hour.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries across email, live chat and social media, take ownership of issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional and empathetic support.

• Liaise with internal departments and third-party partners to follow up on requests and elevate issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, managing legal documentation and updating information within the internal CRM system.
• Provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the department.
