Responsibilities

• Diagnose and raise orders or inspections for maintenance and repair enquiries.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure issue resolution.
• Handle tenancy, rent, and anti-social behaviour enquiries.
• Book appointments for surveyors, officers, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with policies and procedures.
