Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Temporary Telesales Executive to join our team in Bracknell on a short-term basis. This office-based role focuses on high-volume outbound calls through our CRM to generate new recruitment opportunities.

The position runs Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm (with potential flexibility for the right candidate). It offers £20 per hour plus a bonus on filled leads, with an initial one-month contract and potential weekly extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, sales, or outbound calling.
• Confident, proactive and able to handle objections.
• Motivated by targets with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to contacts in the CRM.
• Aim for a daily number of meaningful conversations with prospective clients.
• Identify businesses with recruitment needs and generate opportunities.
• Build rapport and hand opportunities to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and post-call updates.
• Work toward weekly conversation and vacancy-generation targets.
