Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for Tesco in Dundee to join a busy customer service team as a hybrid, on-site role. You will handle calls about orders and deliveries, resolve issues with empathy, and log requests accurately in the systems.

The role offers Full training on-site, progression opportunities, and hybrid work after training, with shifts including evenings and weekends. A supportive team environment and on-site facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for great customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Confident, friendly phone manner with clear communication.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems, MS Office familiarity.
• Ability to juggle tasks in a busy service environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
