Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a proactive Customer Care Advisor in Bridgwater. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, check stock, and keep customers updated on order progress. The role combines office-based work during probation with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check stock availability and communicate expected delivery dates.
• Monitor order progress and provide customers with updates.
