Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom is looking for a friendly Customer Advisor to help customers in-store and with online orders. You’ll deliver excellent service at the till, on the website screens on the shop floor, and at the collection counter, ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.

You’ll build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer confident recommendations and support customers across shifts, with a focus on flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be above school-leaver age in the country.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Majority of roles are part-time, with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the till, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, take payments, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor assisting customers and stock room when quiet.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
