The role requires professionalism, strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered as part of a 6-week rota across shifts with flexible weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, handling multiple channels (phone, email, webchat).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat with accurate notes.
• Aim for first-time resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
