BSH Home Appliances Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Permanent hybrid Customer Service Advisor role, with hours 8am to 6pm, rotating between the office and home.

You will book engineer visits, assist with troubleshooting, register warranties and order parts, while ensuring calls meet quality targets and GDPR confidentiality.

A customer service background, strong telephone skills, empathy, accuracy, resilience and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service background required with strong telephone skills.
• Able to empathise, accurate, flexible, and capable of solving problems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate; able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Booking engineer visits, providing and assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance.
• Registering appliance warranties; Offering extended warranties.
• Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories.
• Providing pre-purchase advice and replacement appliances.
• You will ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet our call and quality targets. You will also adhere to GDPR legislation and ensure full confidentiality at all times.
