BSH Home Appliances Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Permanent hybrid Customer Service Advisor role, with hours 8am to 6pm, rotating between the office and home.

You will book engineer visits, assist with troubleshooting, register warranties and order parts, while ensuring calls meet quality targets and GDPR confidentiality.

A customer service background, strong telephone skills, empathy, accuracy, resilience and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Booking engineer visits, providing and assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance.

• Providing pre-purchase advice and replacement appliances.
• You will ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet our call and quality targets. You will also adhere to GDPR legislation and ensure full confidentiality at all times.

This is a hybrid role; working two weeks in the office and two weeks at home on a rotation

Your responsibilities:

• You will also need to be computer literate, able to work under pressure, and show resilience.
• Strong communication skills and you will maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
