Job summary

Haier Europe in Bolton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle live chat and telephone queries, supporting domestic appliance repairs and general service requests. You will be based in our Bolton Call Centre, contributing to the goal of becoming the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland.

Work is 37.5 hours per week with a set shift pattern, 1 in 4 weekends, and hybrid options where applicable. Training and development are provided within a global brand.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and telephone across the repair/service process.
• Proactively manage customer information and view account details.
• Coordinate with engineers for in-home visits as needed.
