The position requires strong telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to manage calls efficiently. Working two weeks in the office and two weeks at home on a rotation, you will maintain confidentiality and meet quality targets while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls promptly, adhere to targets and GDPR.
