Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Comfort talking on the phone about debt.
• Able to write notes; mainly a phone-based role.
• Strong verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers on the phone, helping with questions or issues.
• Help customers pay the correct amount of tax at the right time.
• Take payments by phone and via online services.
• Create and update customer records.
• Use webchat and email to support customers online.
• If in Debt Management, discuss, calculate, and collect interest and penalties for late payments.
