Job summary

You will handle inbound calls, guide customers on tax payments, and create or update customer records. The role includes using webchat and email to assist customers online and may involve limited office time.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary as you will be fully trained.
• You will be comfortable talking on the phone and discussing debt with customers.
• You will need to be comfortable writing up notes in a phone-based role.

Responsibilities
