Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload covering the full range of debt advice.
• Maintain detailed records per Citizens Advice and FCA procedures.
• Provide basic welfare benefits advice and calculate better-off figures.
• Assist clients by drafting letters and contacting creditors.
• Attend supervision and meetings and participate in debt quality processes.
