Job summary

Northumberland County Council is recruiting 3 Customer Experience Coordinators to join the hybrid contact centre at County Hall in Morpeth. You will help residents with information and advice across housing, benefits, council tax, blue badges, travel and more, ensuring clear, friendly service.

We provide a comprehensive training programme, ongoing development opportunities and a supportive team, with shifts between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, combining home and office working.
