Job summary

Northumberland County Council’s Customer Experience team at County Hall in Morpeth is hiring 3 Customer Experience Coordinators for a full-time, permanent hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing helpful information and solutions while balancing in-office and home-based work.

We offer training, a supportive team environment, and flexible hours within a schedule that typically runs 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required for the role

• First point of contact for residents contacting the council
• Provide clear information and advice to customers
• Understand the person and offer solutions from council and partners
• Work as part of a team in a hybrid office/remote setting
